My mom and I would like to upgrade our 1 day ticket to the Magic Key. However, we live in 2 different homes and would like to each get the welcome gift. With that be possible under 1 transaction or do we need to complete 2 separate transactions?

Hi there, Claire! Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for dropping by with your question for us.

I’m delighted to see you and your mom are planning on becoming Magic Keyholders! I purchased my Magic Keys for my children and me on the first day they went on sale. We’re still patiently waiting for our Magic Key welcome packages to arrive. From what I understand, the package will be sent to the home address that is associated with the Disney account. So, if you purchase both Magic Keys on one Disney account, they will both be sent to that one home address. If you and your mom wish to each receive your welcome packages separately, I recommend making the Magic Key purchases individually using your own Disney account. This way, you will both receive magical mail at your own home address!

I hope this information is helpful for you, Claire. I wish you and your mom lots of magical trips to the Happiest Place on Earth in the near future! If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us again on planDisney. We’re all EARS!

    See ye real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
