Hi! My mom, who will be traveling with us has MS and will be in a ride around for our trip. What is the process to see the Fantasmic show with a handicap guest? Can the family sit together? Are they seated at a different time or in a different section? Txs

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Elizabeth ~

Fantasmic! is an incredible performance and you're going to love it.

As you approach the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater, you will want to stay to the far right side. Once you reach the top, you'll need to wait for a Cast Member to seat you - look for the ones holding up the orange lights directing Guests through the crowd. If you don't see one immediately, just wait at the top. They will return for you once they've seated the Guests they are currently assisting.

Handicapped Accessible Seating is found along the top rows of each section of the theater. The Cast Member will show your Mom where to position her ride-a-round. One person from your family will be allowed to sit on a small bench next to her. The rest of your family will be able to sit in the row in front or near her. Guests in wheelchairs or ECVs are seated at the same time that other Guests are seated so you can all enter together.

There are special Parade and Show Viewing Areas throughout the parks for Guests with Disabilities. They are marked on the Park Guide Maps. You can also pick up Guides for Guests with Disabilities at Guest Relations. Depending on how crowded it is, they may only allow one person to stay with your Mom in the parade viewing areas and ask that the other members of your party watch from nearby. I'd plan to arrive early for parades as these areas (as any of the best viewing areas) can fill up quickly.

Please feel free to visit with any other questions. Its our pleasure to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
