My mom is going to stay at a Disney Springs hotel and join us at Magic Kingdom for a day. We have the dining plan and have made our reservations. Is there a way to add my mom on to our reservations or does she need a dining plan also?

Hello Katie and thanks for bringing such a great question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I'm so thrilled to know your dear Mom will be joining the rest of your lovely family for what's sure to be an  pixie dusted day within the Magic Kingdom Park!
Delicious dining at Disney is a subject close to my heart and I'm more than happy to share that all Guests are welcome to make Advanced Dining Reservations within restaurants on Disney property and do not have to be either staying in a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel or be on the Disney Dining Plan to do so.  As Advanced Dining Reservations may be made 180 days in advance of arrival I highly recommend that you go ahead now and add your Mom to your already made dining reservations.
I also thought you may find these Frequently Asked Questions - Dining Reservations to be a super useful planning resource for your upcoming Disney trip.
    Magical wishes.
