    My mom sometimes has a hard time walking for long periods. Was interested in scooter rentals bc won't be bringing one. How much at the park? Daily or weekly? Are there outside companies to rent from that deliver to resorts?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are thrilled to hear from you.

    A Walt Disney World Resort vacation definitely calls for lots of walking. If you're worried about your mom getting tired I think it's a great idea to consider renting her a scooter or ECV. Visiting one year while extremely pregnant, I found that there was ample seating locations throughout the parks and most of the time in the cool shade, but at times I felt like I was holding everyone back.

    You are able to either rent directly from Walt Disney World Resort or through one of their outside Disney-approved Featured Providers.  I like the latter option as that way she'll be able to return to the resort with it instead of turning it back into the theme park when you leave. At the end of the day, your likely to be the most tired and it's a great convenience to take it with you.
