Hello and welcome to planDisney, Alicia!
I am so happy to hear that your mother and sister will soon be visiting you and that you will enjoy some family time at the Walt Disney World Resort!
I think
Disability Access Service (DAS) is a fantastic program! It was created to assist Guests who cannot tolerate waiting in a conventional queue environment due to a disability, allowing them to request a return time for a specific attraction or experience without waiting in line. Visitors can now
pre-register for DAS online before their visit or register in person at Guest Relations locations at all four theme parks.
I have great news for you, Alicia! Be sure to add your mother and your sister to your
Family & Friends list before registering, and you will be able to include them in DAS plans.
Sign in to your Disney account, visit
My Family & Friends, and select
Add a Guest. If your mother and sister also have a Disney account, you can invite them to connect, or you can be their Fairy Godmother and manage their plans.
I hope this helps you while planning, Alicia. Stop by once again real soon if you have additional questions, it is always a pleasure to help fellow Guests create magic for their Walt Disney World Resort visits!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
