Hello. My Mom had purchased and gave me 3 (1 day / 1 park) tickets for Christmas 2019, expiring December 31, 2020. Due to COVID and the park being closed, I couldn't use them. Will they still be honored?

    Hello, Angela! Welcome to planDisney!

Wow! What an amazingly generous gift from your mom! You'll be glad to know that the expiration date of your tickets has been extended and you can use them this year. Non-promotional, one-day tickets that had an expiration date of December 30, 2020 are now good until December 16, 2021!

Please keep in mind that in order to visit the theme parks, you will need to link your tickets to your Disneyland account and make theme park reservations in advance. It's a good idea to view the theme park reservation availability calendar to see if the park you want to visit is available on your desired date before you start to make plans.

Another thing to be mindful of is if your one-day tickets are designated to a specific tier--Value, Regular, or Peak. Peak tickets can be used on any day until the new expiration date, but Regular and Value day tickets can only be used on certain dates. The tier should be noted on your tickets or you may call (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member can let you know about your specific ticket type.

I hope you find this information helpful. Have a wonderful time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
