Heigh-ho, Maria! Welcome to
planDisney.
Oh, bother! My friends from Frozen once sang, "Some things never change." If only that was true of our Disney vacation plans! I'm sorry to hear that your mum (sorry, mom) can no longer visit
Walt Disney World Resort next weekend. I do hope she is ok. It sounds like she is being well looked after by her loved ones.
You'll be pleased to know that she is able to use her tickets at a later date. Park tickets come with an expiration date on them, which you should be able to view in her
My Disney Experience account. If she's made any Theme Park reservations, I'd encourage her to cancel them sooner rather than later. If her tickets expire before she is able to reschedule her visit, then Hakuna Matata! The value of any unused Park tickets can be applied to any future tickets (she'll just have to pay any difference in price).
Maria, I hope your mom is able to visit soon! On my most recent visit, I was enchanted by everything on offer for the
50th Anniversary Celebration. I'm sure your mom would thoroughly enjoy the
Beacons of Magic displays in each of the Parks. If she enjoys fireworks, then
Disney Enchantment at
Magic Kingdom Park and
Harmonious at
EPCOT are not to be missed.
Just keep swimming, Maria! Thanks for stopping by planDisney.
ChEARS,
Mike
