Hiya Erin - welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical, Walt Disney World Resort vacations!
Wow, what a magical gift! An
Annual Pass is such a great way to unlock a lot of extra pixie dust, and your daughter is in for a real treat. Plus, she can go and see Mickey and his pals multiple times during the upcoming year!
Erin, as long as the Annual Pass has not been used to enter a Theme Park, your mom should be able to reassign it to your daughter to enjoy. First, make sure you're connected to her as Family & Friends in your My Disney Experience Accounts, and that you are sharing plans for both your and your daughter's accounts (which it sounds like you'll be managing). Then, in the My Disney Experience Mobile App, your mom will want to tap the menu icon (≡) in the lower right corner, and then tap on
Tickets and Passes. Scroll right until the correct Annual Pass is shown, and there should be an option to reassign it to another Guest (your daughter). On the Walt Disney World Resort website,
you can do the same thing by starting in the My Plans area.
If you have any issues whatsoever, don't hesitate to
contact a Cast Member for help. They will get you on the right path!
I hope this information is helpful as you continue your planning journey. You can
stop by any time with additional questions! Also, as you make your magical plans, be sure to include the newest thrill at Magic Kingdom Park –
TRON Lightcycle / Run presented by Enterprise!See ya real soon!
