You're pretty much on the money! Although I don't remember seeing coupons in the Welcome Packet when you arrive, you will get the Show Times guide at the 4 major parks, a planning guide (which usually includes a Walt Disney World map), solicitations to events based on time of year, as well as resort-specific stuff, like a Resort map and calendar of daily activities at the Resort.
