Both my mom and I have our own MyDisneyExperience accounts. I recently bought tickets for a group of us to go to Disney. I am able to view 5 tickets including my moms. However, only my mom can view my dad's ticket. How do I link his ticket to my acct

Hi Erin, and welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you will have a good-sized group who will experience Walt Disney World Resort with you! Talk about a fun time!

The best way to ensure that you can view your dad’s ticket would be to add him to your Family & Friends List, and he should do the same and add you to his Family and Friends List. To add your dad to your My Disney Experience is as follows: Using the My Disney Experience mobile app, click “My Profile” (at the top). You will see your Family & Friends List, so click “Add a Guest.” It will give you the option to find the guest through another connected guest, or you can manually enter their name and age. Remember, this will need to be done by both parties. Once they are connected, you should be able to see each other’s plans and theme park tickets.

We will be here if you have additional questions; let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical time!
