My mom can not walk long distances without getting lots of leg pain. How do we go about renting a scooter for her.

    Hi there April,

You definitely want to make your Mom's visit to Walt Disney World as magical as possible, and the use of a motorized scooter sounds like the perfect solution to ensure comfort while in the parks.  There are a few options you can consider when it comes to electronic conveyance vehicle (ECV) at Walt Disney World. You can rent directly from Walt Disney World at any of the theme parks, several resorts or at Downtown Disney but the scooter will need to be returned to the original rental location at the end of each rental period.

You may find it more ideal, convenient and less expensive to rent your ECV from an outside rental company.  The company will deliver your ECV to your resort and you can use it for your entire length of stay.  When you check out, just leave the scooter with Bell Services, and the rental company will retrieve it!  No hassle at all and the rates are very reasonable and competitive!

Please use the included link for more information on ECV Rentals through Walt Disney World and Outside Sources.  This page lists the current pricing for in-park rentals as well as suggestions for off-property vendors!

Hope this helps, and please let me know if I can be of further assistance!
