Melissa from OH Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

My mom and mother in law are coming with us to Disneyworld, but they are on separate reservations. If they are linked with our account as family/friend, will I be able to book fastpasses for all of us together?

Hey there, Melissa! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. There’s nothing like planning a family vacation to Walt Disney World!

In short, the answer is yes! As long as they are listed on your “Family & Friends List” within My Disney Experience and they have a valid Theme Park ticket, you’ll be able to book FastPass+ reservations for everyone in your party. In fact, recently my wife and I had the opportunity to manage plans for everyone in our party and it was a super easy process!

If you’re staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, a Disney Springs Resort Area Hotel, or at other select nearby hotels, you can book your FastPass+ reservations up to 60 days in advance. So as September arrives, get ready to select your favorite attractions, shows, and Character Greetings!

As a side note, on the day of your Theme Park visit, once you use your third FastPass+ experience, you’ll be free to make another selection for both you and everyone within your party using the My Disney Experience mobile app. Then, once you use that one, you can keep repeating.

If you have any other questions please let us know. Otherwise, be sure to tell Mickey I said hello!
