my Mom has Lupus & can't be in the sun to long & also on oxygen if she has to do a lot of walking. can she get a wheelchair & or possibly not stand in sun while waiting in line but still ride with all of us?

    Hi Jodie,

On the first day that you arrive at any of the theme parks, I want you to go to Guest Relations with you Mom and ask for a Guest Assistance Card.  She will need to speak with a Cast Member there about her limitations due to her Lupus.  This card will allow her to bypass the long lines.  I would also recommend renting a wheelchair which you can get at any parks near the entrances.  You can ask a Cast Member when you enter the park where this is and get one for your Mom.  I know you will have a magical vacation at Walt Disney World with your family, Jodie!  Please let me know if I can help you further.
