My mom and I are leaving in one week for WDW, my 1st time her 2nd. (we are both adults) Is it too late to hope for eating lunch in resturants? We are seeing everywhere that we need to get reservations 180 days ahead! Thanks!

I hate to bring bad news, but the table service restaurants may be more difficult to get reservations at.  However, don't give up!  We've had a few spontaneous trips arriving with no reservations.  I simply went to Guest Services at either the park or resort we were visiting and asked what dining was available for that day (do try to visit in the morning or the day before).  By doing that, we actually discovered some new favorites that I don't think we would have tried on our own.

And of course, there are plenty of counter service restaurants throughout the park that are available with no prior reservation.
