Hi there. I am a mom of 4 kids. Three of them must have a gluten free diet due to their Celiac Disease or Autism. Could you please tell me where I can find the information on where Gluten free foods can be found at the park and hotels?

Disney is one of the best places to vacation when you have dietary restrictions.  The chefs and restaurant managers will do everything possible to provide you and your family the food you need.  When you make dining reservations make sure you tell them right away that you have children who need a gluten free diet. Because menus change constantly it is best to call 72 hours ahead to any restaurant you have a reservation for and remind them you will need special attention with the food. The chefs will go out of their way to make magic with their food for you.  When using walk up counter service ask for the manager and ask to see the menu ingredients. Some will have menu choices you will be able to eat and some won't so it is a little more difficult using the walk up dining when on dietary restrictions but not impossible.  Because chefs and their numbers change it is best to contact your resort or the disney dining a few weeks before you arrive and have them help you get the most current list of numbers to call for the restaurants you will be using. Disney is extremely helpful and have always bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of for my own dietary needs. Enjoy your vacation and I am sure your four children are very excited!
