Hi Aaron,
I see you're planning a spook-tacular Walt Disney World Resort visit right around
Halloween! How fun! I love hearing that you'll get to enjoy the magic with three generations of Mouseketeers. There's no better place to bring the family together than The Most Magical Place on Earth!
While your mom will need to have both a valid
ticket and
Disney Park Pass reservation to access the parks, I'm happy to share that she'll get so much out of her day, too! With multiple
attractions perfect for Mouseketeers of all ages, plus magical
cavalcades with beloved Disney friends,
scrumptious bites and beverages, and pixie dust in the sights, sounds, and smells, you all are going to have a blast! If she'd like to
rent an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV), I'd recommend arriving early as they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You're exactly right! They do cost $50 per day, plus a refundable $20 deposit if you're renting them at a theme park. Here's a handy dandy
list of which attractions she'll be able to access with her scooter and which ones require transfers. I hope it's helpful!
If there's an attraction that both you and your mom want to experience, but one of your Mouseketeers isn't tall enough or isn't quite ready for it, that will be the perfect time for you to take advantage of the
Rider Switch service! It will allow you to take turns experiencing the attraction without needing to wait in the standby line twice. Pretty sweet, huh?
Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney, Aaron, and please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning your visit. I hope you and your entire family have a truly magical vacation together!
Missy
