Can my mom get a GAC for the conveyor rides like Peter Pan, Winnie, Haunted Mansion and others. She has trouble with balance, stepping on the moving floor could make her fall. She does have a doctor's note. Will they stop the conveyor for her?

They sure will. I have seen the conveyors slowed down dramatically and completely stopped, depending on the situation.

When you arrive at the first park of your visit, stop by Guest Relations. They would be happy to assist you in planning your day based on your mom's capabilities, and explain the procedures for the various rides. (Some will have you use a separate entrance, for example)

Disney is wonderfully accommodating to guests needing special assistance, and I think you will be pleased to find cast members going out of their way to assist your mom.

    Have a great trip!
