Seasons greetings, Stephenie!
Welcome to
planDisney! Your mom sounds absolutely wonderful! What a thoughtful gesture to help make your vacation dreams come true. A Disney adventure is always at the top of my Christmas wish list, too. Let’s dive into the options she has for spreading a little extra magic this holiday season.
Florida Resident tickets are available exclusively to individuals who own or rent property in the Sunshine State. Guests 18 and older using these tickets must provide a valid photo ID along with
proof of residency before entering the parks. Unless you and your sister are minors, your mom won’t be able to purchase Florida Resident tickets for you.
One convenient alternative is for your mom to give you and your sister
Disney Gift Cards with funds to cover the approximate cost of the tickets. These gift cards would give you the flexibility to purchase the tickets you need at the right time. If she prefers to buy the tickets directly, she can explore options and
special offers available to the general public on the Walt Disney World website.
I hope this is helpful! As you await your next Disney trip, be sure to check out the
Disney Parks Blog and
follow us on Instagram. 2025 is going to be an incredible year for Walt Disney World, and you don't want to miss a thing. Thanks for stopping by planDisney, and we look forward to welcoming you "home" soon!
Happy holidays,
Betsy
