    can my mom a florida resident buy florida tickets for my kids who will be visiting her this summer? they are 17

    Hi Darcy! The correct answer to your question is no. The special Florida tickets have been made available only to those guests who actually can prove residency in Florida. Has this happened?....I'm sure yes!  But hopefully Florida residents will understand the importance in keeping these specials going for them so they can enjoy the parks and events more often throughout the year. If the rules were abused there is always a chance Disney can cancel and change the Florida passes.
