My mom came with me to Florida ans flew here last year but with Disneyland opening by her (she's in CA), would like usto come to her this summer? Is that possible with her buying our tickets and with us the whole time as she is the only CA resident ?

    Hey Stephanie!

    Welcome to planDisney!

Can you believe that in a little over a month the Disneyland Resort theme parks will open their gates again? On April 30, 2021 both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure will reopen with enhanced health and safety measures in place. It’s been way too long since my last churro and I’m so excited to get back to the Magic!

When the parks reopen, only California residents will be allowed to visit. Unfortunately, you would not be able to enter the theme parks even if your mom purchased the tickets. I know this is not the best news but it does give you and your mom some extra time to make your trip even more magical. When the parks reopen, certain things will be modified or unavailable so hopefully when out of state guests are allowed to return, there will be more things for you and your mom to experience.

Well Stephanie, feel free to come back later and check in with us again.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
