    Me and my mom are going to Disney World. I'm kind of stuck in between anything to do outside of the parks since I'm not a teenager but not old enough to even sit in bars (20). I was wondering what i could do since I know a lot has closed in pleasure island

    Hi, Deanna!   I think you will find plenty to keep both you and your mom busy "after hours" in Walt Disney World!   Here are some ideas:

    -For dinner, make a reservation at the Spirit of Aloha Show at the Polynesian.  This 2 hour event includes dinner and an amazing show.  After, head to the Polynesian beach to catch the Magic Kingdom fireworks.

    -Visit Downtown Disney.  There are some great stores.  My favorite is Tren-D.  So many cute clothes and purses and accessories.  You can spend the whole evening have dinner at a nice restaurant then have fun exploring all the shops.

    -While at Downtown Disney, take a ride on Characters in Flight, a tethered helium balloon that rises 400 feet above Village Lake.  Amazing views from here!

    -Head to the Boardwalk.   Enjoy a nice dinner at Yachtsman or Cape May, then head to Beaches and Cream for dessert!   Grab an ice cream cone, stroll the Boardwalk, or even rent a surrey bike!

    -Try dinner at the Hoop Dee Doo Revue.   Another dinner show, very entertaining.  The later seatings are at 7:15 and 9:30, so this could be a fun, late dinner for the 2 of you.

    -Book a Pirates and Pals Cruise.  This is a wonderful way to see the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom, and "Patch" your pirate host is hilarious.   Really fun for all ages.  Book by calling (407)WDW-PLAY.
