Disney Park Pass reservations with you.
Theme Park Reservation Availability is constantly changing as people change plans, etc. I spoke to a friendly Cast Member who said it is difficult to tell without knowing your exact visit dates, so they suggested you give the Internet Help Desk a call at (407) 939-4357 as soon as you can so they can see if there’s anything they can do. Cast Members are available from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM, Eastern Time, seven days a week. Meanwhile, I recommend you keep trying to make reservations for them, as you never know when something opens up!
I would also recommend you check
Services for Guests with Disabilities offered at Walt Disney World Resort for your mother and see if she would benefit from any. For instance, one of my family members has a disability, and due to it, they have trouble standing in a traditional queue environment. So we learned we could use the
Disability Access Service, which accommodates Guests with cognitive disabilities in allowing them a return time for an attraction, rather than waiting in line. It has been so helpful and wonderful.
