Hello my mom has diabetes & we are planning to go to DL this Saturday. Someone told her that she doesn’t have to wait in lines & get on rides & take 6 others without waiting in line ? Wanted to know if this is true.

    Hi Destiny!

    Welcome to planDisney!

How exciting that you'll be at Mickey's house tomorrow! I hope that you enjoy all of the sights, sounds, and tastes of the season! Be sure to bring reusable water bottles as it'll be a hot one and there are plenty of places to fill up. My favorites are the Quick Service dining locations with do-it-yourself beverage stations as you can request one disposable cup and refill your bottle all the way up with cold ice and icy cold water! These are Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante, Alien Pizza Planet, Pym Test Kitchen, and Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta.

Yes, Disneyland Resort does offer a service to individuals with all kinds of special abilities and medical needs. The Disability Access Service, also known as DAS, is valid for parties of up to six so no one has to ride, or wait, alone. Click hEAR to find out more about the program and how DAS return times work. To register your party, you'll need to visit City Hall on Main Street U.S.A. in Disneyland Park or the Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park.

I hope that this helped to clEAR your question up, and I have that you have the Best! Disney! Day! Ever! Be sure to follow the official planDisney Panel Instagram account where we share all kinds of tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort planning questions, We're All Ears!
