Mom 52/Daugh 32 trip to celebrate my RN school graduation on Oct 12-20. 1st trip was 5/2010 for mom's 50th & we were Disney hooked for life!! :0) I see it's after Columbus day, are crowds ok & weather a bit cooler? Also what about MNSSHP for 2 adu

    Hi Amanda!

I think that is a great time to visit Walt Disney World.  The crowds will be significantly less than the crowds during the summer months and significantly less than the crowds during a holiday!  The weather should be a bit cooler and definitely a lot less humid, but there's no guarantee.  I've been there in October when the temperature hit 90 degrees, though that's very unusual.  Usually, it is very nice in October!

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is my favorite hard ticketed event.  I think it is perfect for 2 adults!  You don't need to have any children with you to have a good time.  In fact, I have even seen adult only couples getting dressed up for the party; however, that's not a requirement and at least half the guests are not in costumes!  I would definitely plan on going, though Halloween night and the parties just before it can be crazy in terms of the crowds.

I hope this helps!  Write back with more questions!
