Hello! My mom and dad surprised us girls a trip to WDW this July 2012 to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary. They have done so much for us throughout our lives that we want to repay them somehow while we are down there. What do you suggest?

    Hi Laura!
Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!  What a wonderful surprise for you all to visit Walt Disney World to celebrate your parents' wedding anniversary.  I have a few ideas that you might enjoy together:

    1. Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party - you can reserve a table, enjoy delicious desserts while watching the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom.  Reservations can be made online or by calling (407) 939 3463.
    2. Mini portrait session to mark the occasion.  Select from a choice of three Deluxe resorts as the location for your  20-minute portrait photo session. You receive a CD containing all your photos as a wonderful keepsake.
    3. Have a special gift delivered to your hotel room - from Disney Floral & Gifts at
    4. Book tickets for the amazing Cirque du Soleil - La Nouba at Downtown Disney.
    5. Make advance reservations for a special dinner at California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort - if you time this to coincide with the fireworks at Magic Kingdom, you can watch the display from the restaurant.
    6. Order a special cake to be delivered to your table - call the Cake Hotline (407) 827 2253.

If you have any questions about any of the above, or anything else - I would be happy to help you plan this very magical vacation!
