    My mom is coming on vacation with us for two weeks this fall, but she has a protruding/herniated disc in her back. It creates bad leg pain and is difficult to walk. The ECV's are too pricey, is it possible for her to get a special pass to avoid lines?

    Hi Laura, 

    Your mom will want to bring a doctors note with her and stop by Guest Relations on her first day. She can speak to them about a "Guest Assistance Card". Each situation is different and is based on needs, so they will see what they can do to perhaps make things easier for your mom.
