my mom is buying myself & my kids tickets to disney world online would i have to bring her credit card with me to pick up the tickets in the park?

    Hi Roberta,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. How wonderful that your mom is giving you and your children the gift of Walt Disney World theme park tickets!

Disney’s website provides step-by-step instructions for purchasing theme park tickets as a gift, so I recommend sharing that link with your mom. After selecting the type of tickets she’d like to give you, she’ll need to check the box at checkout indicating that “this ticket will be a gift.” Then, she’ll enter your name under “Guest Information.” Once the order processes, your mom will receive a gift receipt to share with you, which you will use along with your government-issued ID to pick up your tickets at Will Call.

If your mom has already purchased the tickets and didn’t process them as a gift transaction, and she will not be with you to provide her credit card number and identification at Will Call, I recommend calling Walt Disney World Ticketing at (407) 566-4985. They will be able to present your options for picking up the tickets.

It looks like you’ll be arriving just in time to enjoy the holiday cheer all around the Walt Disney World theme parks and resorts! Be sure to read the Disney Parks Blog, as they have so many great tips for delicious treats and festive fun all around Walt Disney World at this most special time of year.

Wishing you a merry and magical vacation,
    Robyn
