My mom and I are bringing my 18 month old son in September for a week and a half. What is the best type of stroller to bring? An umbrella stroller or a midsized stroller with a tray that reclines???

Hi Katie - it's always my preference to bring a lightweight stroller that's easy to fold and light to carry, and that I don't mind getting banged up on the plane.  You'll be folding the stroller quite a bit during your vacation, and you'll want something that is quick and easy to fold.  Unless your midsized stroller is very light and easily folded, I'd suggest that you bring the umbrella stroller.

    Have a great vacation!
