How exciting! By the looks of it, you'll be traveling with a pretty large group. In my opinion, those are the best trips by far, and I just know that you'll have the time of your life next month. I hope that you're ready, because the
Walt Disney World Resort is fully decked out to celebrate its 50th Anniversary! Plus, on top of all that, you'll be visiting during my favorite season of all... Fall! There's nothing better than seeing those Mickey pumpkins lined up down Main Street, U.S.A. It really is SPOOKtacular!
Natalia, I'm happy to report that your mom will be able to link all those tickets to different people as long as all of them have their own My Disney Experience accounts. If they don't have them yet, that is going to be the first step before we can move on with the rest! Now that everyone has their accounts all set up, your mom will have to create profiles for them within her own account. To do this, have her open her
My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the screen, scroll down, and click on My Profile. Once here, she will need to select the Family & Friends List tab, scroll down once more, and click on Add a Guest. Now, have her pick the "I'll enter their name and age" option and fill out everyone's personal information, one by one. When she's done, the rest of the group should receive email invitations that they will need to accept in order to link up with your mom.
After those steps have been completed, your mom will need to head to the Tickets and Passes section within the app and select each individual ticket. When she does this, she should see a blue "Reassign Ticket" button, which she will need to click on in order to transfer the ticket over to someone else within her Family & Friends List. If she runs into any trouble while attempting to do this, however,
