    My mom bought my tickets for me for Mother's Day and she put the wrong name on one of my tickets. I tried calling the 714 number and was told thru the automated that they are not taking calls at this time. What can I do.

    With the recent reopening of the Disneyland Resort theme parks, there is great demand of Guests wishing to return to the land of Magic as soon as possible. I’m so sorry to hear you were having issues calling to speak with a Cast Member. When needing assistance, I usually contact Disneyland Resort Guest Information at (714) 781-INFO (4636) to speak with a friendly Cast Member. Some days, the wait time is slightly longer but I enjoy listening to the Disney tunes while on hold. 

    However, I can understand if you’re unable to hold on the line. I recently also used the Chat feature on the Disneyland mobile app and was able to have my issue resolved by a Cast Member. I referred a friend to do the same and she was able to receive the needed assistance from a Cast Member via the Chat feature on the app. Furthermore, on Disneyland.com, there is a link to access a form to send to a Cast Member. You will receive a reply from a Cast Member via email. I hope one of those options will work for you to connect with a Cast Member, Reiva, so that you can continue planning your upcoming trip.
