Hey there, Zachary! It sounds like you have the most magical mom, like your own Fairy Godmother, making your Disney dreams come true! Let's pull out the magic wand and see if we can get all the pumpkins ready for the ball.
If your mother created a
MyDisney account for your wife as an account managed by her (your mom), she may be able to easily merge it with your wife's account. Your mom can go to "
My Family & Friends" to see the people with whom she is connected. If the account she created for your wife is under the "Guests You Manage" section, she can select the "Manage" link with that profile. She should see "Invite (Daughter-in-Law) to Sign in and Plan on Their Own." Click "Invite" and enter the email address your wife uses with her MyDisney account.
She can also do this on the
My Disney Experience app. Open the main menu (the "≡" at the bottom of the screen), scroll to "Profile," and select the "Family & Friends List" tab at the top. Click on your wife's profile and choose "Send Email."
Either option will trigger an email to your wife to accept the invitation. And like magic, the accounts should merge.
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo! If everything goes well, your wife should be able to view any theme park tickets, MagicBand+, or hotel reservations associated with the merged accounts.
If this does not work, your mom can call
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ and get assistance over the phone.
