Mom Allison said, "you will need park hopper option or you'll use another day of your tickets if you enter a second park on the same day." I didn't think you could enter a second park without the hopper. Is this really an option? Thanx

    Hi Regina,

First, let me thank you for bringing my previous answer to the Moms Panel's attention.  I've been coming to Disney since it opened and a lot of things have changed including the ticket structures. I remember purchasing ticket books when you had to have a separate ticket for each attraction.  I'm big enough to admit when I'm wrong and some of the information in that answer was incorrect. I have taken the steps to make sure it doesn't cause any further confusion to other Guests.

I called Guest Services for clarification.  You are correct.  If you purchase Magic Your Way base tickets without the park hopper option, you can only enter one park per day.  You can re-enter that park as much as you'd like during that day.  However, you can not enter a second park on the same day even if you're willing to use a second ticket on that day.

I truly apologize for any confusion this may have caused.  It is a true honor to be a part of this panel and there is so much to know about Disney.  We all strive to answer the questions to the best of our abilities and this time, some of my information was incorrect.

Wishing you magical memories :-) Allison
