My mom is afraid of flying so we will be coming in to florida by train. Does the Magical Express pick up from there for special circumstances?

    Hi Kristina,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question.

Although I’ve never travelled to Florida by train, there is one thing that I can unfortunately confirm: Disney’s Magical Express is reserved exclusively for Guests arriving at Orlando International Airport for their visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

BUT - that doesn’t mean that you can’t start your vacation out with your mom in another magical way! If you don’t want to rent a car, I would recommend hiring a private car service to take you from the train station to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. A private car may not cost you more than a taxi, but it would definitely be lovely to let someone else do the driving while you relax and let yourselves get carried in royal style to your destination! A quick Google search should give you some alternatives - don’t forget to take a look at their online reviews to make sure that you pick a reputable and reliable company.

I know my answer may be disappointing, but I hope it helps you plan your upcoming vacation with your mother. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
