My mom accidentally put her name on hers and my sisters tickets and we are trying to get annual passes before we leave. Is there a way we can change the name on one ticket so the annual passes have the right names

    Hello Allyse,

I'm super happy for you and your mom and your sister that you're visiting the Disneyland Resort together. Even better, you're looking to join the Disneyland Resort Magic Key Program!

If you'd like to have the name changed on a theme park ticket before you arrive at the theme park, you could give a call to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member with the Ticket Services team can assist you. You can also easily take care of the ticket name change when you arrive at the theme park. When you arrive at the theme park entrance, a Cast Member will scan a Guest's ticket and take a Guest's photo to assign the ticket to that Guest.

Upgrading an eligible theme park ticket to a Magic Key pass can be done at the end of the day when you're visiting the theme park, and you can upgrade using the Disneyland Resort mobile app.

Allyse, as you'll be Magic Key holders, you'll want to stay in the know about all the exciting experiences coming to the Disneyland Resort, so be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog to stay up to date.

There's always so much magic awaiting you when you visit the Disneyland Resort, Allyse.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
