Hi Kathleen,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Kathleen, were your tickets purchased for dates next week? If so, you’d need tickets for your dates next year to save your
Disney Park Pass reservations. For right now, if you no longer need those reservations, you can simply cancel them.
If your plans have changed and you have tickets for specific dates next week, I would reach out to the
Existing Tickets help desk to see what can be done. Tickets are
non-refundable, but you might be able to use expired tickets toward a future purchase (like your tickets for next year). You’ll want to reach out to them to see what’s possible! Once you have
tickets for next year, you can book your Disney Park Passes for that trip. This would be a separate process since your tickets would be for a different timeframe.
Now if you’re an Annual Passholder, it’s a little bit different! Depending on your
Annual Pass type, you have a certain amount of Disney Park Pass reservations you can hold at one time. If you are an Annual Passholder, you’ll want to cancel the Park reservations for next week and simply book new ones for the dates next year. Since you’d be cancelling two reservations, that means you can make two more, based on availability. If you're not seeing a calendar for December, I suggest trying a different method. After cancelling, try booking your new Park reservations through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Just select the "+" symbol at the bottom of the page to get started!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you adjust your trip to 2023! If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
