can i modify my reservation so I can change resorts?

    Hi Lorraine,

Thank you for taking the time to send your question to planDisney, we are always happy to have you!  I am so glad to see you are planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort.  As a Canadian myself, I can't wait for the travel restrictions to be lifted, we could all use some more Disney Magic in our lives!

One of the reasons my family and I keep going back to Walt Disney World Resort is the ease in which we can plan our vacations.  I have been known to switch our Walt Disney World Resort Hotel several times prior to our vacation, it is so difficult to make a final decision.  In order to modify your existing reservation, you will need to call Walt Disney World Resort Reservations at (407) 939-1936 and a friendly Cast Member will be glad to assist with your resort hotel change.  Your updated information and modification may take up to 24 hours to update in My Disney Experience, but the confirmation number will remain the same.

If you have booked a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package which includes both Theme Park Tickets and a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel stay you will also be able to make payments toward your balance owing online using My Disney Experience.  It is a quick and easy way to pat the balance owing at your convenience without having to call and speak with a Cast Member.

I hope you find the practically perfect Walt Disney World Resort Hotel for your vacation, Lorraine.  If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your visit, please come back and visit us again at planDisney, we are always happy to help.
