Ahoy there, Maria, and welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you have a magical voyage ahead of you, so I’d be happy to help you with this question.
You’ll find several ways to modify your cruise reservation. I suggest starting online by heading to the ‘Already Booked’ tab at the top of the Disney Cruise Line Website. When you hover over it, you can slide down and click on ‘
My Reservations’. From there, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address, and then you can access your reservation.
You can also find your reservation on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Simply click on your Stateroom under ‘Upcoming Cruises’, and in addition to seeing your cute cruise countdown, you’ll find everything you need to take those next steps, from paying off your balance to checking in online. This is also where you can select to keep or change your dining seating time. And when you keep scrolling, you’ll discover opportunities to explore your ship, sign up for
Port Adventures, reserve Premium Dining, book spa services, or even shop for
Onboard Gifts!
Finally, if you still need some additional support, feel free to
call a Disney Cruise Line representative, who will be happy to assist you further with any specific needs or requests. With so much to see, do, and explore while onboard, the Navigator app is not only a helpful tool before your trip, but for me, it’s an essential daily travel companion from embarkation to debarkation.
Speaking of, if you really want to streamline those days, I also suggest purchasing a
DisneyBand+ if your ship supports it. Not only does it simplify the process of getting on and off the ship, but it also makes entering your stateroom as easy as a flip of your wrist.
I’m wishing you smooth sailing and serene moments during your trip, Maria. If more questions bubble up before you set sail, we’d love to help you again here at
planDisney.
SEA ya real soon!
