Do all moderate resorts provide hair dryers

    Hi Wendy,

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question about preparing for your Walt Disney World vacation.

It sounds like you may be wondering how to save space in your luggage as you head to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I like to pack light, so I totally get. it. Well, there's no need to take up valuable room in your suitcase with a hair dryer. All of the hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection, whether value, moderate or deluxe, include a hair dryer as part of the room amenities.

At the moderate resorts, you'll also have soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion that all have the distinctive scent that cues my brain that I'm "home" at Walt Disney World. Plus each room will be equipped with an iron, ironing board, beverage cooler/mini fridge, ice bucket and coffeemaker.

If you need anything that's not included in the room, such as a microwave or Pack 'n' Play, check with the cast members at the front desk who can help you locate what you need.

Happy packing, Wendy. Without a bulky hair dryer, you'll have space for an extra pair or comfy shoes or another set of Mouse Ears. And don't forget to leave room for some of the unforgettable souvenirs that will continue to remind you of your magical vacation.

    Enjoy,

    Wilma
