    Which moderate resort would be better for a family of 4 with kids ages 10, 17 &18? I was trying to decide between a pirate themed room at Carribean Beach or the Port Orleans - Riverside?

    Hi Karen!

    Port Orleans Riverside is my favorite Disney Moderate Resort. It was also voted favorite Moderate Resort in an unofficial poll of the Walt Disney World Moms Panel. I especially love the Alligator Bayou section of the resort. I also love the boat service to Downtown Disney. It is relaxing and a lot of fun, especially at night.  Finally the pool is great for older children, and it has a relatively long slide. 

    A lot of guests love the Caribbean Beach Resort, but I think the resort is a little too large and spread out unless you have a car.
