Hello, is there a mobile walk-up list you can join to eat at the Brown Derby Lounge in Hollywood Studios? How early should I try to join the list? Do I wait until we are ready to eat or can you join it earlier in the day?

Hi Delilah, and welcome back to planDisney!

The Hollywood Brown Derby accidentally became a favorite of mine after a quick reservation change brought my friends and me there for one of the most delicious meals.

I'm happy to share that there is a Walk-Up List at The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge. My friends and I have taken advantage of it on many occasions when we needed a break from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood Studios. Since you have to be in range of the restaurant, the best time to add yourself to the list is when you're nearly ready to eat.

Pro-tip: If you want something that feels a little more locked in and you haven't already got an Advanced Dining Reservation, check the app in the morning for day-of-reservations at The Hollywood Brown Derby. In my personal experience, I've had good luck with hard-to-get reservations when people cancel them at the last minute. That way, you'll have a dedicated time to eat and enjoy the classic Hollywood starlet vibes.

Delilah, have a wonderful time at one of my favorite dining locations. Enjoy the seafood fregola and come back for another chat if you have any other questions.

    Happy planning!
