special diet during our Walt Disney World Resort vacations. In our experience, the Chefs and Cast Members at Walt Disney World Resort have always done a wonderful job at making sure that my son has safe and tasty food to enjoy while we are at our "home" away from home!
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering is a relatively new addition to Walt Disney World Resort quick service restaurants that allows Guests to order their food from their
My Disney Experience Mobile App and avoiding restaurant queues. Unfortunately, Guests who need to accommodate a food allergy cannot use Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering to order an allergy-friendly meal. You will need to continue to order meals that accommodate food allergies in-person at the restaurant.
I always recommend that you ask to speak to a Chef or Cast Member when you are accommodate a food allergy to ensure you have the most accurate information and to enjoy the best dining experience. So even though you won't be able to use Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering, ordering in person at the restaurant will allow you to have the safest experience for your meal. Plus, since other Guests will be taking advantage of Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering, you will hopefully experience shorter queues at quick service restaurants when you order your meals.
