    Can I use mobile ordering if I’m staying off site?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for stopping by with such a great question.

    The Walt Disney World Resort is always coming up with new and improved ways to make our vacations more relaxed and more enjoyable. One of the most challenging things for my family was trying to decide on food and wait in line to order and also pick it up. Since I have a child on the autism spectrum, this was always a challenge as it can be quite loud in some dining locations. Also, when the kids get hungry, they seem to go from a little hungry to ravished in about two seconds. My little prince and princess turn into Stitch in the blink of an eye!

    The Disney Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering in the My Disney Experience Mobile app is available at participating locations for all guests! You do not need to stay at the Walt Disney World Resort to take advantage of this feature. All that you need is your phone and the My Disney Experience app. To begin, select “+” at the bottom of the app. Choose “Order Food.” You can choose from the list of available restaurants and browse the menu. You will select which options you want and then pay for your order using a credit card or debit card. In the future, if you are staying at the Walt Disney World Resort and are participating in the Disney Dining Plans, you can even use your Disney Dining Plan credits.
