    Hi, mobile ordering with dining plan question. Do I select a specific time to pick up the food? Will the food be hot when I pick it up? What if I order using dining plan then our plan changes at the last minute, eg. thunderstorm, will I lose credits? Thx

    Hello Wendy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering has become my new favorite tool on the My Disney Experience App. I love being able to complete my entire transaction and bypass the line when picking up my Dole Whip at Aloha Isle.

    When you order using My Disney Experience, you go through 3 steps. 

    The first step allows you to create your meal by selecting items with an ongoing tally of the cost. 

    The second step is submitting the official order when you are close to or at the dining location in question and ready for your meal to be prepared. This ensures that your meal is made to order and fresh for your enjoyment.  It is only after the second step is initiated by you that your credit card is charged or Disney Dining Plan credits are redeemed.

    The third and final step is a message from the Dining Location to you that your order is ready for pick-up. Simply make your way to the mobile ordering line (it will usually be the line at one of the ends) to pick up your meal.

    Mobile Ordering through My Disney Experience eliminates the need to wait in one of the lines during your Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park experience.
