If I mobile order from a restaurant in the park, can I take my food to go?

Greetings from planDisney, Kelly! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

Kelly, from eat-on-the-run Mickey ice cream bars to Signature Dining experiences that encourage savoring, I love every "foodie" option at the Walt Disney World Resort. I especially love the ability to save a few minutes by Mobile Ordering

Kelly, whether you're headed back to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel or simply wishing to carry your food to a different location, you're welcome to take your Mobile Order "to-go." Now, while the option is there, the logistics may be a bit more difficult. For example, many Quick-Service restaurants serve the food on a tray and don't have closed containers to offer. If you have room in your suitcase and would like to bring in your own (non-glass) containers, you're welcome to do so. (I have been known to carry a few plastic zip-top bags for left-over snacks or even small containers to save a leftover dessert from the trash!) I would also encourage you to let the Cast Members know when you pick up your food that you're taking it "to-go" and request any packaging that would allow for easier transport.

Kelly, I hope this helps as you're planning your next visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Please come on back with any additional questions you might have.

Wishing you a trip FULL of delicious sweets, treats and savory snacks,

    Lauren
