Hi! Has Moana resurfaced at WDW? Last year she was briefly at the Studios, but now it seems like she is no where to be found.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Beth! I have a houseful of Moana fans, as well. We love to sing all her songs, but sadly we missed her at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and only I was able to see her this past holiday season at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party.

Since her appearances at the Christmas party and Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Moana has been wayfinding on the sea, and hasn’t returned. I’m hoping to TeFiti that she makes another appearance in Adventureland for us to say hello and ask how Pua and HeiHei have been, but no such luck. Keep your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog, who will be the first to announce any new meet and greets that may come up. Perhaps we will at least see her this coming holiday at the parties? We’ll have to wait and see. You can always find some great Moana merchandise at ShopDisney.com or the Moana Mercantile at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort; we found a giant Golden Book detailing Moana’s story and we read it every week! The Shop Disney Parks mobile app can often turn up a few treasures, too. You can even use it while on vacation to pinpoint where to pick up your prizes.

If I can help point you towards any other adventures for your vacation, please let me know. I’m hEAR to help! ~ Lindsey P.t
