    Moana - my kids are super fans (actually, we all are!) We are visiting in April 2018. Will we be able to meet her?

    Aloha Anton! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    My family visited Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park a week after Moana set sail on another wayfinding adventure in April 2017. We were disappointed to miss her as we were also big fans of Disney's newest princess.

    As it stands, there is currently no schedule for Moana's official return to Walt Disney World Resort, although some Guests have spotted her making an appearance during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. It is just a matter of time before Moana returns and begins greeting Guests at Walt Disney World Resort again.

    I recommend that you keep posted to the Disney Parks Blog or the Character Experiences site online for information announcing her return in the near future. Hopefully, your super fans will be able to greet the Polynesian Princess by April 2018.

    While currently no Character Experience to meet Moana currently exists at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, the rich culture and history that inspired Disney's Moana is reflected in the decor and theme. I recommend Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show as an excellent alternative if meeting Moana is not a possibility.
