    When does MNSSHP usually start? planning fall 2013 trip w/ dh, 2 dd (12, 9), & MIL would like to avoid food & wine if possible. MILs 1st visit our 4th, but have never attended NSSHP. LOVE Panel :) thanks in advance you are the BEST !

    Be prepared to have a spooktacular time at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party trick or treating, seeing guests and characters in costume, watching the Headless Horseman lead the parade, and viewing special Halloween fireworks. To catch this event before the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival begins should not be a problem. Typically MNSSHP starts the second week in September while Food and Wind usually starts at the end of the month or early October. Specific dates for 2013 have not yet been released.

    Your mother-in-law is going to be blown away by the amazing attractions, spectacular service by Cast Members, and meeting Mickey on her first visit to WDW. I hope your entire family has a magical visit!
