I was at MNSSHP last year and don't recall if there were any counter service options open during the party. Is there any way to find out? I want to plan on dinner options outside MK if not. Thank You.

    Hi Sandra,

You are correct that there are a limited number of dining options during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. What my family does is enter the park at 4:00 PM using our party ticket and plan to eat before the official party starts at 7:00 PM. This way, we have our choice of options (last year we enjoyed hot dogs at Casey's Corner) and we aren't using valuable party time on a meal.

Places like Sleepy Hollow typically offer seasonal treats and snacks during the party and you may find one or two restaurants open as well. Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café has been open in past years, but we won't know this year's schedule until the parties begin.

I recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for updates as well as unofficial fan websites for recaps of the first few parties to get an idea of what to expect this year.

Wishing you a spooktacular time at Walt Disney World! Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
