We are going to mnsshp on Halloween. Will my grandson be allowed to carry a wand?

Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are visiting Walt Disney World during a most MAGICAL time of year.  The sounds are SPOOKtacular and the sights are BOOtiful!  You are going to love this time of year at WDW.

What a great question!  This is a tough one. The rules state the following:  "Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another guest."  Upon entrance, a Cast Member will need to decide if your grandson will need to leave his wand behind.  Personally, I believe he will be able to keep it with him as I have seen small children with wands that have been purchased inside the parks.  You can read more costume guidelines by clicking on the provided link.

Diane's Tip of the Day:  Make sure to stop by The Chapeau, located down Main Street, U.S.A, inside the Magic Kingdom.  They have a variety of Mickey EARS to choose from.

Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"
