    the MNSSHP event is not on MyDisney,the will-call # I rcvd via phone receives an error when attmptng to add to MyDisney.Will I get hard tickets via mail if i purchased 8/26 for 9/26? I didn't receive an email receipt either, now i'm worried.

    Hello Judy!

    I'm so sorry to hear you are having trouble seeing your Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets in your My Disney Experience account. Those goblins are not very nice playing tricks on you already. Usually you should be able to see your ticket purchase in My Disney Experience under "My Reservations and Tickets" and then under "Tickets and Passes." You will receive hard tickets by mail if that is the delivery method you selected when you purchased the tickets. The other options were "Will Call" and "Print at Home."

    If you are still unable to locate your ticket order, I would call the New Tickets and Special Events number at (407) 939-7679 to see if someone can locate your order for peace of mind. You don't want to miss out on such a spooktacular party! It's to die for.
